How to Arrange a Cheese Platter and Make a French 75

SAVE & SHARE:

What could be more romantic than a night in, with a delicious assortment of cheese and fruit to snack on and a cocktail to sip?!

The whole table looks sophisticated and put together, even though it only took minutes to assemble. And if you haven’t tried a French 75, it’s a deliciously simple cocktail with champagne, gin and an elegant sugar cube to sweeten it up!

Here are the cheeses I choose when assembling a platter:

  • 1000 day Aged Asiago (cut off the rind and slice into big hunks)
  • Double cream Truffle Brie (cut into large wedges, serve with a knife)
  • Chevre – Goat Cheese – crusted in herbs (mild in flavor)
  • I also add dried fruit like figs, raw pecans, and something raw – like grapes – that are fresh and vibrant.

Please tell me what recipes you’d like me to make, comment below and happy entertaining!
