Waffle Hash Brown Frittata
1 cup frozen potato hash browns
1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and strained
1/2 cup cheese
4 eggs, beaten
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together. Place a generous scoop of the filling in a waffle iron and cook for several minutes or until potatoes are browned and cheese melts.

Chocolate Peanut Butter and Banana Protein Smoothie
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
1 cup of ice
1 frozen banana chopped
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 scoop favorite chocolate protein powder (This is the one I used)
Directions:
Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve with fruit skewers like assorted berries or tropical blend
