- 1 garlic clove
- 1 cup packed fresh basil leaves, stems removed
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 2 tbsp toasted pine nuts
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- In a food processor, pulse the garlic until finely minced
- Add the basil, pine nuts, salt and Parmesan and pulse again until minced
- With the food processor running, slowly add the extra virgin olive oil until completely blended. Serve immediately or store in an air tight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
