Mango salsa is sweet, tangy and just a little spicy, perfect to jazz up any taco recipe! My boys have recently discovered they like mangos so I’m using them in everything from salsa to smoothies.

- 1 1/2 cups diced fresh mango
- 3 tbsp diced seeded tomato
- 3 tbsp minced red onion
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped cilantro
- juice from 1 lime
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a bowl, toss and place in the refrigerator for at least half an hour before serving.
