Grilled corn on the cobb is tasty, if you follow a couple easy steps. I like mine charred, so I take the husk off. I brush it with melted butter, then using my tongs, I rotate the corn every couple minutes so the flame doesn’t burn the corn. This creates a nice, fire kissed char, instead of burning and drying out the corn. Once the corn is bright yellow, with a few black spots, the corn is ready. Remove from the grill, give it one more brush of melted butter, a sprinkling of salt, and you’re ready for dinner!
