- 3 rolls biscuit dough (7.5 oz each)
- 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
- powdered sugar and milk for frosting
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350.
- Combine all the dough, roll into a large ball, and place in a greased bowl.
- Cover with plastic wrap and allow to rest for 30 minutes. Roll the dough out into an 8×10 rectangle.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the butter, cinnamon, and sugar. Brush the mixture onto the dough. Roll up, starting from the long side.
- Cut into half-inch pieces and place in a greased cast-iron skillet, with the pieces gently touching. Bake for 30 minutes.
- Once cooled slightly, mix powdered sugar with a couple splashes of milk until you have a thick frosting. Pour over the cinnamon rolls and serve.
