- 16 oz whole milk ricotta
- Zest from 1 Lemon
- 2 tbsp fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt

- 3/4 cup low fat milk
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
