1 1/2cups mashed ripe bananas (about 3 bananas, make sure they’re very ripe)
2/3cup granulated sugar
1/4cup sour cream (can substitute Greek yogurt)
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2cup chocolate chips
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas
Add the eggs, melted butter, sugar, sour cream and vanilla and whisk to combine
Add the four, baking powder and salt and mix until incorporated
Fold in the chocolate chips, reserving a few for the top
Bake in a greased loaf pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until browned. Use a wooden baking pick to make sure it comes out without batter sticking to it.
