1 1/2cupsmashed ripe bananas (about 3 bananas, make sure they're very ripe)
2/3cupgranulated sugar
1/4cupsour cream (can substitute Greek yogurt)
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2cupchocolate chips
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas
Add the eggs, melted butter, sugar, sour cream and vanilla and whisk to combine
Add the four, baking powder and salt and mix until incorporated
Fold in the chocolate chips, reserving a few for the top
Bake in a greased loaf pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until browned. Use a wooden baking pick to make sure it comes out without batter sticking to it.
