Ingredients: 2, 12-ounce packages good semi sweet chocolate; 3 bars of your favorite bittersweet chocolate (I like Elite, 70% Cocoa); 3-5 tablespoons Pulverized Shiner Bock and Bacon Glazed Almonds (mine came courtesy of Kent Rathbun, a local chef in Dallas, but here is an easy recipe on how to make them yourself); 3 tablespoons chopped dried cranberries; double boiler; large cookie sheet; parchment paper

Ingredients

2, 12-ounce packages good white chocolate
4 medium candy canes, pulverized in a food processor
double boiler
large baking sheet
parchment paper

Cook Mode Prevent your screen from going dark

Instructions

Melt chocolate in double boiler, stirring occasionally.
Pour onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Sprinkle generously with crushed peppermints.
Allow to cool and harden completely before cutting into large pieces.
