Mango Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups diced fresh mango
  • 3 tbsp diced seeded tomato
  • 3 tbsp minced red onion
  • 1 tbsp fresh chopped cilantro
  • juice from 1 lime
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a bowl, toss and place in the refrigerator for at least half an hour before serving.
