, sliced on a diagonal, 1 inch thick

extra virgin olive oil

Grade A Maple Syrup
1 tsp
fresh thyme, de-stemmed
Kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper

Instructions
Heat oven to 375. On a parchment-lined baking sheet, place the carrots and drizzle with maple syrup and olive oil.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and thyme. Toss and spread evenly on the tray.
Bake for 20 minutes or golden brown at the edges.
