package button mushrooms, washed and quartered
1 tbsp
unsalted butter
Generous pinch of salt, or to taste
1 tsp
dried thyme
1/4
cup
heavy cream
1/4
cup
sherry

Instructions
In a medium saute pan, melt the butter and add the mushrooms and stir constantly until the mushrooms begin to shimmer.
Add the salt, thyme, sherry and cream and cook for 3-5 minutes or until the sauce thickens and mushrooms are cooked.
